ERYX x EM SWEETS

Crafted primarily in After Effects, this project was built frame by frame with a focus on cinematic detail. Each fruit was individually animated entering the frame before being sliced in half, with chocolate chunks and fruit fragments manually animated. The final piece was assembled and refined in Premiere Pro.

Camera depth and selective focus play a central role throughout the video. Sometimes sharp on the fruit, sometimes deliberately delayed or shifted for a cinematic, almost filmic quality. Motion tracking and camera tracking keep every element grounded in the scene.

Motion tracked typography locked to the subject, moving with it naturally as if embedded in the footage itself.

Sound design was treated with the same care. Custom sound effects accompany each moment, with audio deliberately muffled at the point of impact to heighten the drama of each slice. Sound effects licensed via Epidemic Sound, Artlist, and Ocular Sounds.
